The peak moment of danger will fall on October 7th between 19:00 and 21:00, when the dog month clashes with the dragon year & the 2 annual and 5 monthly magnetic fields converge with frightening precision. The dragon of the Southeast will awaken, bringing with it ferocious winds and devastating rains.
